When sweet corn
comes into season you may find us at our Roadside Stand in York,
NE. This summer Max Lichti has graciously allowed
us to set up at his new location which is the old Walmart parking lot on
East Nobes. Most of you will remember that this is just across the
street from our original location which was the Scott Hourigan lot.
Our hours of operation at
the stand are: Monday thru Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm, or sellout, whichever
comes first. |
Beginning,
usually the first weekend in May and continuing through the last weekend
in October, you will find us at the Haymarket Farmers Market in
Lincoln, NE. The market is open Saturday mornings from 8am to 12 noon,
every Saturday rain or shine. You'll find us at the south end of the
center island that runs down 7th. Street. If you've never been to
this market, you really should come on down. It's a great place to spend
a couple hours wandering through the more than 100 vendor displays and
there's more than just produce at the market. You'll also find a great
selection of baked goods, a variety of meats, arts and crafts,
fresh cut flowers, plants and of course the world's best produce. |
|
| At the start of sweet corn season you can also find us in Lincoln at the corner of 61st and 'O' street under the Homer's Music and Big Apple Bagel sign. Hours for this stand location will generally be 10am - 5:30pm. Monday - Friday. Saturday hours are yet to be determined. We will have our full line of produce available at this stand including peaches from Missouri when they become available. |
